"Gear & Overlanding Accessory Tray" aka the GOAT We're proud to introduce the GOAT, our all new cab mounted roof rack for the second generation Nissan Frontier crew cab truck. This rack is designed to be lightweight, yet strong enough to pack all your accessories for your overlanding needs. The rack itself is designed in house and built from lightweight aluminum with extrusion crossbars. The sides of the rack are made from 1/4" aluminum and are anodized in black for a strong and durable finish. The mounting feet of the rack are made of 1/8" steel, and finished off in a black powder coat. The crossbars are aluminum extrusion that have two slots per bar surface to allow countless mounting solution for all your gear and overlanding accessories. Aluminum Airdam and stainless hardware included. We will have two versions of the rack. One for Frontiers that did not originally come with a factory OEM roof rack and one for those that have the factory OEM roof rack. Our full plate front bumpers combine a plated center section with strong high-clearance outers to bring you a strong, functional, and lightweight package. Every bumper integrates a 20- inch dual row lifetime warranty light bar that mounts in the nose of the bumper which looks great and protects the light bar from damage. The mounting system, bumper, radiator skid and fill panel come in right around 120lbs. Our Frontier bumpers bolt-on in multiple pieces for ease of installation. Starting with a core unit that contains all the mounting to the truck and the winch plate. The winch is then loaded onto the core. Finally the bumper bolts onto the core. This is a much easier way to install everything on the truck. No longer wrestle the whole heavy unit up on the truck with the winch mounted. Our core mounting utilizes the 2 threaded bolt holes (per side) on the vertical face of the frame holding the factory bumper bar, the 2 threaded bolt holes (per side) on the underside of the frame holding the OEM tow hook, and an additional horizontal through hole behind the front body mount. This is this strongest bolt-on mounting of any bumper on the market and is ideal for winching strength. These bumpers require some cutting and modification of the stock vehicle if equipped with the single-piece plastic front bumper. All our brackets bolt-on, without modification, using the OEM holes in the frame rails. They do not require any cutting, welding, or drilling of the frame. Bumper comes as a full package with radiator skid, bolt-on fill panel and 20” light bar. An optional engine skid or tie panel that fits with other companies' engine skids can be added. Black powder coat can be added if you would like the bumper to arrive ready to install. Core mounts and fill panels are body lift specific (suspension lifts do not affect this bumper or mounting). We will need to know if you have a body lift, and what size, in the drop-down section. Every bumper uses 1/4- inch steel for the main mounting, winch support, gussets, and bumper brackets, 3/16 CNC cut steel main body and 1.75- inch DOM round tubing - Never weaker HREW(seamed tube).
